Sun News Desk: The Crime and Intelligence Department of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has arrested 39 from different areas of the capital on charges in selling and consuming drugs.

As part of the regular anti-narcotics operation, the police arrested them from 6am on Sunday (November 6) to 6am on Monday.
At that time, 91gm of heroin, 133 bottles of phensidyl, 5kg of 700gm of hemp, 15 thousand 740 pieces of Yaba and 30 liters of country liquor were seized from the accused.

According to the statement, Police filed 31 cases under the Narcotics Control Act.
