PM pays courtesy call on President

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman paid a courtesy call on President Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir at Bangabhaban on Tuesday.

The meeting was held at noon, President’s Press Secretary Sarwar Alam confirmed.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister briefed the President on the outcome of his recent visit to Japan.

They also exchanged views on the overall situation in the country and discussed various issues concerning national interests.
