Class XI admission: Third and final phase begins

Staff Repoter

The third and final phase of admission to Class XI for the 2026-27 academic year begins on Monday (November 2) and will continue until Tuesday (November 3).

The Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee announced the schedule in a notice issued on Sunday (November 1).

According to the notice, the migration results based on the preferences of students who completed the confirmation process in the third phase were published at 8:00pm on Sunday. Students selected for admission must complete the process at their respective colleges within the next two days.

This year, the third phase will be the final round of online admission to Class XI. Students and their guardians have been urged to complete all admission formalities within the specified deadline.

Under the board's guidelines, students who did not apply in the earlier phases, were not selected by any college, failed to confirm their final nomination or could not complete admission within the designated timeframe will be eligible to apply in this final phase.

Applicants must choose a minimum of five and a maximum of 10 colleges according to their preferences, considering the availability of vacant seats. They must follow the instructions published on the official Class XI admission website.

However, students who applied in the second phase but were not selected by any college will not be required to pay the Tk 220 application fee again. Instead, they can log in to the admission portal and update their college preferences.

The notice also stated that applicants seeking admission under quota facilities must ensure that they meet the relevant eligibility requirements. Selected students must pay the confirmation fee and complete the admission process within the prescribed deadline.

The board authorities will not take responsibility for any complications resulting from errors in the application or admission process.
