He made this remarks as a chief guest at the triennial conference in Manikganj on Saturday.

The health minister also said that the municipality is the drawing room of the district. So you have to pay attention to the drawing room. An efficient and strong organization of the municipality can control the whole district. So we have to look after the municipality.
