No more mega projects

Sun News Desk: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has ordered to be more careful in approving development projects. He said that the project should be rigorously scrutinized. luxurious items should be excluded. It commissioned the planning.

The prime minister made the directives while chairing the meeting of the Executive Committee of National Economic Council (Ecnec) at NEC conference room in Dhaka's Sher-e Bangla Nagar area.

The Prime Minister said that small, rural and welfare-oriented projects cannot be compromised. Those should be prioritized. For large projects, feasibility studies should be done to ensure quality.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has also instructed to be more aware of dengue. She said that we have brought Corona under control. You have to be noe more careful about dengue. In this case, City Corporation, Health Department and general citizens should be aware.
