The Election Commission announce the date on Monday.
The EC announced the schedule around 1pm today, following a meeting of the election commissioners.

Md Jahangir Alam, EC secretary, said that April 21 is the last date for nomination paper submission.
The nomination papers will be scrutinised on April 23 and the last date for withdrawal of candidature is April 30, he added.
