Sun News Desk : ‍At least 13 dengue patients died and 2,742 were hospitalized in the last 24 hours across the country.

The Directorate General of Health Services said this in a press release on Tuesday.

With this, the total number of dengue deaths this year rose to 340 and the total caseload went up to 72,225, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

Currently, 9,463 dengue patients are undergoing treatment in medical facilities, including 4,482 in Dhaka.

A total of 62,422 dengue patients have been released from medical facilities so far, according to DGHS data.
