Staff reporter : Five dengue patients died and 1,221 patients were hospitalised in the last 24 hours over the country.

The Directorate General of Health Services issued press released on Wednesday.
The DGHS data said on the infected people, 312 were admitted to the hospitals in Dhaka division (Excluding city corporation), 213 in DNCC, 171 in DSCC, 123 in Chattogram division( Excluding city corporation), 160 in Khulna division.

A total of 76,021people have been infected with the viral disease from till November 13.
Among them 1,101 were released from hospital during the 24 hours period and 71, 554 till November 13.
