Whoever comes to power in USA, no problem: Foreign Minister

Staff Reporter: There is a fierce battle going on in the US elections. Tensions are running high over the results. The whole world is watching who is sitting in the masonry of the White House. Meanwhile, no matter which party comes to power in the US election, we will not face any problem, said the foreign minister. AK Abdul Momen.

He was speaking to reporters at the Foreign Ministry on Wednesday (November 4th).

Foreign Minister. AK Abdul Momen said that the foreign policy of any country does not depend on any individual. Bangladesh has very good relation with the United States. That is why we will not have any problem no matter which party comes to power in their election.

Earlier on Tuesday (November 3rd), Foreign Secretary Masoud bin Momen made a similar statement. "Bangladesh's relationship with the United States does not depend on any particular party or individual, our relationship is with that country's government," he said. That's why no matter who wins the US election, it won't affect us. On Wednesday, Foreign Minister Momen's made similar statement.
