Special correspondent: Under the leadership of Dhakeswari Central Puja Mandap in the capital, special prayers were offered in all the puja mandals across the country for the emancipation of Corona , people of all walks of life participated in this united prayer.

This special prayer was offered simultaneously from 30,213 puja mandals of the country on Friday (October 23) at 12:01 pm on the day of Mahasaptami of Durgotsab. Special prayers have been offered in all the puja mandals of the country for the purpose of getting freed from the corona virus epidemic for the whole world. Uttam Chakraborty, the priest of Dhakeswari Pujamandap, led the prayers at Dhakeswari Central Pujamandap.

President of Bangladesh Puja Udjapan Parishad Milon Kanti Dutta, General Secretary Nirmal Kumar Chatterjee, President of Mahanagar Sarvajanin Puja Committee Shailendranath Majumder, General Secretary Advocate Kishore Ranjan Mandal and Hindus of various professions were present at the occasion.
