Own Correspondent: State Minister for Commerce Ahsanul Islam Titu has said that preparations are being made to remove any confusion about product supply and prices at the consumer level during fasting. What we have been trying for a month will be implemented a week before the start of Ramadan.

He told this to reporters at the secretariat on Sunday (February 18).
The Minister of State for Commerce said that our national committee will have a meeting of the national task force next Tuesday (February 20). We hope to be able to reset the price of oil there. The indicative price of the rest of the products will be decided in the committee meeting of our national task force on that day.

He also said that everything we do is centered around Ramadan. Ramadan will begin on March 11. Rest of the time is for our preparation. We will try to fix a price at the meeting. On the date the oil leaves the factory, the new price will be marked on the oil bottle.
As you know, crude oil is imported first. Later, after it is redeemed according to the revised tariff, the price of the produced oil will be determined when it goes to the factory. It takes time, a reasonable time to give them.

The state minister said, on Tuesday we will determine the revised price and from when the consumers will get that benefit. In this case there will be field level monitoring. From the date of announcement, our ex-factory price, TP and consumer level price will change in one day.
He said, we will determine the MRP on that day. That is, the MRP will be sold at a maximum of Rs. No one can sell more than this in the market.
