Nawaz Sharif's PML-N got the second highest 75 seats. Bilawal Bhutto's PPP got third highest 54 seats.
However, even if Imran Khan's party gets the maximum number of seats, they are unlikely to form the government. Meanwhile, Nawaz's PML-N and Bilawal Bhutto's PPP are trying to form the government.
A meeting was held between the high-level leaders of these two parties on Sunday (February 11) night. At the end of the meeting, it was announced in a joint statement that both parties agreed to save Pakistan.

According to the country's news media Geo News, leaders of PPP and PML-N are considering power sharing in forming the government. According to the constitution, they will form the government for the next 5 years. PML-N will be the Prime Minister for two and a half years and PPP for two and a half years.
It was assumed that Nawaz Sharif's party would win a single majority and he would become the prime minister. The army brought him back to Pakistan after 4 years from that thought. But that didn't happen anymore.
Nawaz Sharif said that they will form a coalition and form the government when the results of the election started to be published. As part of this they interact with PPP.

Later, the PPP gave a condition that Bilawal Bhutto should be made the Prime Minister if they want to come to power by forming a coalition. However, Nawaz's party did not accept this condition. When the PPP cannot be subdued, the two parties are considering power sharing.
It may be noted that Nawaz Sharif shared power with the National Party (NP) in forming the provincial government in Balochistan in 2013. After two and a half years of service, the two parties shared the post of Chief Minister.
Apart from the post of Prime Minister, PPP and PML-N are said to have held serious discussions on other issues. Source: Geo News
