A teenage girl has incriminated her mother and cousin under the Pornography Act in Feni for possession of nude photos.
The case statement retrieved from Daganbhuiyan Police Station suggests that mother of three, Sultana Akhter Sadia, had been having illicit affairs with her nephew, Tanvir. Sultana’s daughter had caught her mother and cousin in a compromising position.
Fearing the incident would be leaked, the accused recorded a nude video of the girl at 2am on May 24, while she had been asleep.
Upon the girl’s protests regarding the incidents, the defendants threatened to release the contents of the video if anyone found out about the incident.
The authenticity of the facts of this case filed under the Pornography Act has been confirmed by Daganbhuiyan Police Station OC Imtiaz Ahmed.
