Sun News Desk : At least 12 dengue patients died and 1,595 were hospitalized in the last 24 hours across the country.

The Directorate General of Health Services said this in a press release on Saturday.
Currently, 3,924 people diagnosed with the mosquito-borne disease are taking treatment at different government and private hospitals in and outside the capital of Dhaka.

Of them, 1,046 are being treated at the facilities in the capital while 2,878 are in other divisions.
As many as 3,07,196 dengue patients were admitted to hospitals across the country since January 1 this year.

Some 3,01,677 out of the hospitalized patients, however, recovered during the period.
