Sun News Desk : The train movement on the Dhaka-Mymensingh route resumed today after 26 hours' of suspension following a derailment at Sreepur upazila in Gazipur.

Joydebpur Railway Station master Hanif Ali said Bhawal Express left Joydevpur station at 5:55am after completion of repair work.
He also said seven compartments of Mohanganj Express derailed at about 4am on Wednesday as miscreants cut the line near Rajendrapur station in Sreepur. A man was killed and seven others were injured in the accident.

Later, the train movement on the Joydebpur-Mymensingh route suspended. But hours after, Bangladesh Railway authorities resumed trains operation toward Mymensingh on an alternate route via Tongi.
