BNP must join next general polls

Sun News Desk: Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader said that BNP must come to the next election to sustain its existence.

He made the remarks on mourning day discussion meeting at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University in the capital on Thursday (August 25).

Obaidul Quader said that if Mirza Fakhrul Saheb wants a change in the government. The clear statement is that he has to come the election. There is no other chance to change the government without election. Otherwise, He will question by saying that he does not believe in the modern method of election and technology.

The Awami League general secretary said BNP has to come election, if you want to survive, you must come. We don't want to be at the mercy of anyone. People are the source of our power. If the people do not vote and elect us, we will leave. We don't do politics by looking at someone's kindness or Election Commission's EVM. I want to say clearly.
