Correspondent: An additional 67 lives have been lost to the deadly coronavirus in the country.

This information has been provided by the Department of Health’s through a press release this Saturday, 19 June.

It was further stated that the total death count relating to the virus is currently standing at 13,466.

As of now, 3,057 have been detected to be newly infected by the virus. Thus, tallying up the total number of infected to currently stand at 8 lakhs 48 thousand, and 27.

The first ever case of coronavirus in Bangladesh was discovered in 3 people back on March 8 of last year, with the first related death being recorded on March 18.
