Brahmanbaria: 3 people were killed and 4 others injured in a road accident on the Dhaka-Sylhet highway in Amtali area of ​​Vijaynagar upazila in Brahmanbaria.

The incident took place around 8am on Thursday (May 20) when a private car hit a truck parked on the highway.

Private car driver said among the dead. When the name of Billal Hossain (32) was known, the identity of others was not known.

Vijayanagar police officer in charge (OC) said. Atiqur Rahman said a truck loaded with goods was parked in the Amtali area of ​​the Dhaka-Sylhet highway around 8:15 am. At that time, a Sylhet-bound private car lost control and collided with the truck. Two people, including a private driver, were killed on the spot.

Another died on the way to hospital. Four people were injured in the accident. They have been admitted to Brahmanbaria District Sadar Hospital.
