Youth killed hit by train 

Sun News Desk: One person was killed after being hit by a train in Adamdighi Upazila of Bogra on Wednesday.

The deceased was identified as Sabbir Hossain, 35, who is the son of Idris Ali of Shalbon area of Bowalia in Rajshahi.

He died on the spot after being hit by the Rajshahi-bound Uttara Express train that left Parbatipur at Tarapur Railgate area of Santahar town.

Moktar Hossain, Santahar Railway Police Station OC, said that initially it is believed that the accident happened while he was crossing or walking on the railway line. On receiving information, the police recovered the body from the spot and sent it to Naogaon Sadar Hospital morgue for post-mortem.
