Own Correspondent: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has urged the production of new jute products and finding new markets.

She said this at a function organized on the occasion of Bangabandhu International Conference Center 'National Jute Day 2024' on Thursday (March 14) morning.

The prime minister said the jute industry was headed for destruction, which was not auspicious at all. Jute mills have been modernized. This mystery invention created new opportunities for jute and jute industry. Also new products should be increased and markets should be found.

She also said that the golden fiber is hindering the golden day, it should be used. Opportunities have increased as eco-friendly products. The government will give incentives to export products made from jute.
