Sun News Desk : Two people were killed and three others injured after being run over by a truck at Tarakanda upazila in Mymensingh on today.

The identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.
Abdullah Al Mamun, Tarakanda Police Station officer-in-charge, said an auto-rickshaw with passengers was heading towards Mymensingh from Netrakona. On the way, a truck coming from the opposite direction ran over the CNG in that area. A man and a woman died on the spot and three others were injured.

Injured three were taken to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital in critical condition.
The OC said efforts are underway to identify them.
