Two Cold Waves are Coming

Staff Reporter: The fourth day of the month of Poush is going on, the feeling of winter is also increasing. The possibility of cold flow is also waking up. The meteorological office forecasts two cold spells later this month. One will be 6 degrees to 10 degrees Celsius (light), the other will be 8 degrees to 8 degrees Celsius moderate type of cold flow.

According to meteorologists, the temperature will gradually decrease in the next two days. In this case, on Monday (December 20) a short-term light cold wave may occur. Which will last a day or two.

The meteorological office said on Saturday (December 18th) evening that the extension of the sub-continental high-pressure zone extended to West Bengal and adjoining areas. A light pressure has formed in the southeastern Bay of Bengal and the adjacent equatorial Indian Ocean region.

In this case, the weather across the country may remain dry till Sunday (December 19) evening with temporary partly cloudy skies. Light fog will fall somewhere in the country at dawn. Nighttime temperatures will remain almost unchanged across the country and daytime temperatures may drop slightly. At this time the wind speed from the north/northwest direction in Dhaka will be 6-10 kph.

Day and night temperatures will gradually decrease by Monday (December 20). And the extended 5 (five) days weather conditions may change slightly.
