Notice of 42nd BCS for appointment of Doctors is due this month

Staff Correspondent: The government is recruiting 2,000 doctors through the 42nd special BCS examination. The rules have been amended for this purpose. The Public Service Commission (PSC) has informed that the notification of this BCS may be published this month.

A copy of the notification was published on the official press (BG) website on Wednesday (November 18).

A senior PSC official, who did not want to reveal his name, said on Wednesday, "The rules of the 42nd Special BCS have been amended." That has come to us. The commission will hold a special meeting next week to start the test. The date of this meeting may be fixed on Thursday. The notification of this special BCS will be published within this month.

Meanwhile, the PSC will recommend the recruitment of another 2,000 doctors through a special BCS to deal with corona. Earlier, in the 39th BCS (Special), about 5,000 doctors were recruited with MCQ number 200 and oral test number 100.

According to the PSC, 2,000 doctors were taken from the non-cadre of the 39th BCS as per the announcement of the Prime Minister in the Covid situation. They were recommended for recruitment as cadre from the waiting list of 39th BCS. Their appointment as Assistant Surgeons in the Health Cadre is recommended. In Covid situation, 5,054 nurses have been recommended for recruitment from the waiting list for the 2018 Senior Staff Nurse Recruitment Examination.
