No Bomb was Found on the Plane at Shahjalal

Staff Reporter: No bomb was found on the plane that made an emergency landing at Shahjalal International Airport on suspicion of having a bomb. The Air Force Bomb Disposal Unit searched the Malaysia Airlines plane late at night on Wednesday (December 1).

The executive director of the airport confirmed the information.

According to airport sources, the plane made an emergency landing at Shahjalal while it was in the sky. After that, the emergency services including the fire service took overall action. The plane landed at 9.40 pm. After that, the fire service vehicle reached the airport. Other law enforcement teams are also ready. The Air Force Bomb Disposal Unit conducted a search of the aircraft.

After the search, an officer of the unit verbally 'reported' to the executive director of the airport. He said no bombs were found here.
