Staff Reporter: BNP standing committee member, former minister Barrister Moudud Ahmed's physical condition has deteriorated. BNP chairperson's press wing member Shairul Kabir Khan confirmed the news.

Shairul said, “Today (Tuesday) at 2 pm a six-member medical board headed by Professor Dr. Shahabuddin Talukder said Moudud Ahmed's condition had deteriorated. Medical Board has also informed Hasna Jamisuddin Moudud, wife of Moudud Ahmed and Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain"

BNP Scretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir also spoke to the head of the medical board to know Moudud's condition.

He was admitted to Ever Care (Apollo) Hospital in the capital on December 29. He is currently undergoing treatment at CCU as his hemoglobin level seriously dropped.
