Staff Representative, Dinajpur: The incidence of severe winter has increased in Dinajpur, which has disrupted public life. Besides, it is covered with thick fog from district to district. The level of fog is so high that nothing can be seen from a distance. Some days the sun does not meet until noon. It is cold from evening to morning.
At 6:00 am on Friday (November 26), the temperature was recorded at 15.6 degrees Celsius and the humidity was 98 percent. All the vehicles including buses, trucks, cars, private cars, charger vans and rickshaws are running with headlights on. Due to thick fog and cold, the cars are moving slowly. And with the onset of winter, the number of bikinis in the clothing stores has increased.
Dinajpur district meteorological department in-charge Tofazzal Hossain said the amount of water vapor in the atmosphere has increased. Due to this, fog is falling more. The temperature started falling after the evening. From now on, the temperature will continue to decrease and the level of cold will continue to rise, he said.
