Earlier it was reported that PM is "self isolating at home," after he tested COVID-19 positive on Saturday,the health minister Faisal Sultan tweeted. This announcement comesJust two days after the premier got his dose of the Chinese vaccine Sinovac.
In a tweet, Bukhari said, 'Our First Lady has been tested positive for Corona. I wish the Prime Minister and First Lady a speedy recovery. May Allah heal them '
Last Thursday (March 18), Imran Khan took the first shot of vaccination against COVID-19 and urged the citizens of his country to ensure the full implementation of norms to prevent the surge in cases of coronavirus. Two days later, on Saturday (March 20), a positive report came from the Prime Minister of Pakistan.
When the news spread, there was a flood of posts on social media including Twitter and Facebook. Politicians, celebrities and citizens of the country posted on social media wishing the Prime Minister a speedy recovery. Meanwhile, Imran Khan has become a trend on Twitter hashtags in the country.
With Imran Khan suffering from corona just two days after receiving the vaccine, many have expressed doubts on social media about the effectiveness of the vaccine. However, Pakistan's Industries Minister Hamad Azhar and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf senior leader Shahbaz Gill confirmed in their tweet that there is no possibility of getting corona with vaccination.
