Staff Reporter : Gulf leaders signed a 'Solidarity and Stability ' deal Tuesday which will end a bitter row with Doha. Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman said the Arab alles are agreed to restore ties with Doha and end the embargo imposed in mid 2017.
In a meeting the Crown Prince embraced the Qatar Emir Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani during the 41 summit of Gulf Cooperation Council at Al Ula Saudi Arabia.
Led by Saudi Arabia Egypt , UAE, Bahrain severed diplomatic ties and suspended all transport links with Qatar in 2017 but after signing the rapprochement deal Riyadh overnight reopened the land,sea and air borders with Doha.
Though the details of the declaration are not released yet, the break through is a signal of mending the rift betwwen the major alles of the USA.
