Bus set on fire in capital

Sun News Desk: A bus was set fire to near Ibne Sina Hospital in the capital's Dhanmondi area on Wednesday during the opposition parties' ongoing 36-hour blockade.

Around 9:15am, a bus of 'Rajanigandha Paribahan' was set on fire.

Lima Khanam, duty officer of Fire Service and Civil Defense headquarters control room, said that receiving information, two fire-fighting units rushed to the spot and extinguished the fire.

The blockade will end at 6pm today.
