International Desk: Israel has attacked a residential building in the Gaza Strip. At least 36 people were killed in this attack.

On Saturday (March 16), the news agency Anadolu Agency reported this information with reference to the Gaza media office.
Gaza's media office said in a statement that Israeli occupation forces bombed at least 12 houses in central Gaza last Friday night. A total of 36 Palestinians were killed in a bomb attack on the home of the It-Tabatibi family west of the Nusirat refugee camp.
According to the United Nations, 85% of the territory's residents have been internally displaced amid acute shortages of food, clean water and medicine since the Israeli occupation of Gaza. At the same time, 60% of the region's infrastructure has been damaged or destroyed.

The United Nations also reported that Palestinians are living in a humanitarian crisis due to the long-running conflict. In addition, more than 23 lakh residents of the valley are suffering from extreme hunger and severe malnutrition due to lack of food, water, medicine and essential humanitarian assistance. Of these, approximately 1.5 million Palestinians have taken refuge in the city of Rafah.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu authorized the army's ground operation in Rafah on Friday (March 15). The United States has opposed Israel's operation in Rafah.
