International Desk: The Palestinian independence organization Hamas has proposed a new ceasefire to resolve the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip. However, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu called this proposal unrealistic. Al-Jazeera news.

Hamas said in their proposal, ilease of Israeli womnitially, in exchange for the reen, children, elderly and sick hostages, 700 to 1,000 Palestinian prisoners held in various prisons in Israel should be released.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office said Hamas' new ceasefire proposal was based on unrealistic demands.

Hamas says talks have stalled over the past few weeks as Netanyahu has rejected Hamas demands.
Hamas's demands also include a permanent cease-fire, the withdrawal of Israeli forces from the Gaza Strip, the return of Palestinians displaced from southern Gaza to northern Gaza and the center of Gaza, and an unimpeded flow of aid.
