Application for recruitment of primary school teachers started

Staff Reporter : The application for teacher recruitment test in government primary schools has started from Sunday (October 25). The application will start at 10:30 am and will continue till 11:59 pm on November 24. In this year's notification, 25,630 pre-primary teachers and 8,946 vacant assistant teachers will be appointed in the primary schools across the country.

According to the Department of Education (DPE), the recruitment test will start in the next 60 days after the application for the teacher recruitment test in government primary schools. Candidates for this post have to apply online. Instructions for filling up the online application form can be found by accessing the website https://dpe.teletalk.com.bd/. The online application form has to be filled as per the relevant instructions.

After filling and submitting the online application form, a copy of the application has to be printed. A copy of the duly filled application must be submitted along with the user ID. Once the application fee is submitted, the application form cannot be amended or withdrawn under any circumstances. Only candidates with user ID will be able to pay the fee via SMS for the next 72 hours.

The applicant will be given a user ID and password. This user ID and password must be saved by the candidate at all times. Candidates have to remit Rs.110 including non-refundable service charge for the examination fee from any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number via SMS in a timely manner.

Age Limit : Candidates should be minimum 21 years on 20th October 2020 and maximum 30 years till 25th March. The age limit for children of freedom fighters and the physically challenged will be 32 years. Affidavit of age determination is not admissible.

Educational Qualifications : Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree with a second class or equivalent CGPS ​​from any recognized university.
