District representative: Another 63 border guards of the country have fled and taken shelter in Bangladesh due to the conflict situation in Myanmar.

On Wednesday (February 7) at 11 am, members of the BGP entered Bangladesh through the Hoikang border. BGB media department officer Shariful Islam confirmed this information.
The fleeing BGP members have been taken into the custody of Bangladesh border guard BGB. During this time, huge weapons were seized with them.

All are staying at the border post of Huaikang BGB. It has been informed that details will be given later on the BGB side.
Incidentally, 264 people have escaped in several rounds before this. So far a total of 327 border guards have taken refuge in Bangladesh.
