Sun News Desk : Members of Border Guard of Bangladesh (BGB) seized 75,000 Yaba pills from Ukhiya of Cox’s Bazar today.

BGB-34 Commander Lt Col Mohammad Saiful Islam Chowdhury confirmed the matter.
He said that getting information, they conducted separate drives at Balukhali, Baishfari and Palongkhali border areas in the upazila. Sensing presence of them, the drug traffickers managed to flee the scene. Later, 75,000 yaba pills were seized.

He Also said the seized drugs were submitted to BGB headquarters to destroy and investigation is on to arrest the smugglers.
