2 Died in Train Accident

Own Correspondent: 2 people have died after being hit by a train in Kuril Bishwa Road and Cantonment Railway Station area of ​​the capital.

Two incidents occurred on Friday (February 2) afternoon.

Sanu Mong Marma of Airport Police Outpost (ASI) of Dhaka Railway Station said that an unidentified man (50) died on the spot after being hit by a train behind the Kuril Bishwa Road BRTC counter around 5:30 pm.

He said, we recovered the body from the spot after hearing the news, necessary action will be taken after the legal process.

Earlier around 3:30 pm, a passer-by first saw a 30-year-old man lying on the railway track near the cantonment railway station in a pool of blood and took him to the Kurmitola General Hospital. When the condition worsened there, he was taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital in the afternoon. He died there at 6:20 while undergoing treatment. He was wearing a blue color panjabi and black pants.

Inspector in charge of DMK Hospital police outpost. Bachchu Mia said that the Kamalapur Dhaka Railway Police Station has been informed about this. The body has been kept in the hospital morgue.
