14 dengue patients die

Sun News Desk : At least 14 dengue patients died and 2,115 were hospitalized in the last 24 hours across the country.

The Directorate General of Health Services said this in a press release on Wednesday.

With these latest figures, the total number of cases stands at 1,38,022 this year. Among those, 63,273 were from Dhaka and 74,749 from outside the capital.

A total of 9,127 dengue patients, including, 3,946 in the capital, are now receiving treatment at hospitals across the country.

Meanwhile, a total of 2,106 patients were released from different hospital across the country in last 24 hours. Among them 926 were from Dhaka and 1,180 from outside it.

So far 1,28,224 dengue patients were released from hospitals in the country this year.
