Two killed in bus-auto clash

Sun News Desk : Two people have been killed and four others injured as a bus hit a CNG-run auto-rickshaw in Tangail.

The deceased were identified as Halim, 32, of Jamalpur's Sarishabari upazila and Wazed, 40, of Doyail village in the same upazila.

Idris Ali, Dhanbari Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC), said the accident happened when the Dhaka-bound bus rammed the auto-rickshaw, leaving two passengers of the auto-rickshaw dead on the spot.

Al-Amin, medical officer of Dhanbari Upazila Health Complex, said four people suffered injuries and were brought to the hospital. Three of them were sent to Tangail General Hospital for better treatment.
