Staff Correspondent: The government is working to establish the police force as the police of the people. The nature of crime is changing, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has urged the police to be ready to ensure security.

She made the call in a virtual address at the passing out parade of trainee assistant police superintendents of 37 Batch of BCS (Police) on Sunday ,January 3.

The Prime Minister thanked the Bangladesh Police for their due diligence in the Corona Pandemic.

The passing out parade was held at 10.30, at Sardah Police Academy in Rajsahi. The Prime Minister virtually attended the program as the chief guest .
