Sun News Desk: Another 20 lakh corona vaccine made by Seram Institute is coming to Bangladesh today. Nazmul Hasan Papon MP, managing director of Beximco Pharmaceuticals, told reporters on Sunday (February 21st). However, he did not confirm when the vaccine would reach the country on Monday.
He said Sunday was a public holiday in both countries. Therefore, I will be able to confirm the time of arrival of the vaccine on Monday morning. However, it is certain that the second shipment will arrive on Monday.
on November 5, the government of Bangladesh, Beximco Pharma and the Seram Institute of India signed an agreement to buy 30 million.
On January 20, the Government of India sent 2 million doses of Oxford-AstraZenec vaccine produced by the Seram Institute of India as a gift to Bangladesh. Later, on January 25, the first consignment of 5 million vaccines worth of Rs 5 million arrived.
