Teknaf (Cox's Bazar) representative: Queen Mathilde of Belgium and advocate for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations Secretary General, visited the world's largest Rohingya camp in Cox’s Bazar district on Tuesday.

Queen of Belgium arrived at the camp around 11am on Tuesday. She first visited an educational center in Rohingya camp. She will talk to Rohingya women later.
Queen will Also visit various activities including waste management in the camp and meet with various delegations.

Earlier on 7 February, she arrived at Cox's Bazar Airport on a special flight.
The Queen of Belgium is accompanied by Information Minister Hasan Mahmud and member of the Standing Committee on Information Ministry Saimum Sarwar Kamal. The minister hopes that Queen's visit will play a role in sending the Rohingyas back to their homeland.
