Japa ruled the country without party influence

Staff Correspondent: Jatiya Party Chairman GM Quader said, "There was no partisanship, extortion and corruption during the Jatiya Party rule. The country was run without party influence for the welfare of the people."

"We have to work hard to make the party well-organized and strong to meet the expectations of the people. Only then will it be possible to go to power and meet the expectations of the people."

He made the remarks at an exchange meeting at the Banani office on Wednesday (November 18). The Jatiya Party of Sylhet district organized the meeting.

Opposition Deputy Leader GM Quader said, “All three parties have survived and will remain, all the rest will fall. In this, Jatiya Party will go ahead to fulfill the expectations of the people. With the increase in the number of leaders and workers in the team, everyone has to work in unison to make the team strong and orderly."

Addressing the leaders and workers, he said, "When the organizational instructions are given, they have to be followed. We are working hard to restore order in the team."

Presidium member and Chittagong Divisional Additional Secretary General Adv. Md. Rezaul Islam Bhuiyan, Organizing Secretary Manjrul Honer Monju and Sylhet District General Secretary Usman Ali Chairman gave their speech at Presidium member and Sylhet Divisional Additional Secretary General ATU Taj Rahman's presided meeting

Speaking as the special guest, party secretary general Ziauddin Ahmed Bablu said, "Ershad was a popular statesman. He won five seats twice despite being in jail. Proof that he was not condemned is the respect and love of millions of people after his death."

Hundreds of leaders of different parties including prominent businessmen and social activists of Sylhet district Alhaj Kunu Mia, Mohammad Ali Hassan Sarkar and Sudhindra Das Shuvro officially joined the Jatiya Party with flowers in the hands of the chairman at the meeting.
