The death toll stood at 7,428. 834 new patients have been identified. A total of 5 lakh 8 thousand 99 people have been identified. 1,685 people have recovered in 24 hours and 4,50,488 people have recovered so far. This information has been informed in the press release of the health department today.

It was further informed that 9,661 samples have been collected and 9,912 samples have been tested in 163 laboratories in the last 24 hours. So far 31 lakh 59 thousand 260 samples have been tested.

The detection rate in 24 hours is 8.41 percent. The recovery rate is 88.66 percent and the mortality rate is 1.46 percent.
