I didn't understand anything except catch: Nur

Former vice-president (VP) of Dhaka University's Central Students' Union (Daksu) Nurul Haque Nur has been released on bond after being detained from the Matsya Bhawan area of ​​the capital. Immediately after receiving the release, Nur said, "I don't understand the reason for the arrest and the reason for the release."

Police arrested Nur from the procession on Monday night. He was later taken into the custody of the Metropolitan Detective Police (DB).

Nur was reportedly released within an hour of his arrest, but was taken to Dhaka Medical College (DMC) Hospital for treatment.

He was taken away again by the DB police after an initial medical examination. Later, Nur was released from the DB office on Mintu Road in the capital at around 1:15 pm.

DB Ramna Division Deputy Commissioner (DC) HM Azimul Haque said all the detainees, including Nur, have been released.

Nur's elder brother Nurzaman said Nur was brought to his house in North Badda from the DB office. The condition of the body is not much better. He will be taken to the hospital if necessary.

A Dhaka University student filed a case with the capital's Lalbagh police station on Sunday (September 20th) night alleging rape. Although one person (Hasan Al-Mamun) was accused of rape in the case, 8 people including VP Noor have been accused.

The other accused in the case are Hasan Al-Mamun (18), Nazmul Hasan Sohag (18), Saiful Islam (18), Nazmul Huda (25) and Abdullah Hill Kafi (23).
