Sun News Desk : Couple found dead tied with ropes at Hajiganj upazila in Chandpur district on Friday.

The deceased were identified as Uttam Chandra Burman Tufan, 70, and his wife Kajali Rani, 55, residents of Dakshin Barakul village under Barakul Purba union of the upazila.
Police said local people spotted the bodies of the couple tied with ropes inside their rented house in that area in the morning and informed police.

On information, police recovered the bodies and sent to Chandpur Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy.
Hajiganj Police Station officer-in-charge Muhammad Abdur Rashid said legal action is under process in this regard.
