Sun News Desk : An earthquake with magnitude jolted different parts of the country, including Dhaka Sylhet today.

According to Bangladesh Meteorological Department, it hit Dhaka at around 10:45am and lasted a few seconds.
The epicentre of the earthquake was identified as Silchar in India, located 13 kilometres from Sylhet.

Meanwhile, on May 4 morning, residents of Dhaka and other places woke up to a 4.3-magnitude tremor.
