Sun News Desk : A bus caught fire on the Dhaka-Mawa Expressway in Munshiganj today injured three passengers.

The identities of the injured could not be known yet.
Witnesses said a Patuakhali-bound bus of 'Islam Paribahan' from Dhaka caught fire around 12:15 pm when it reached Dhaleshawri toll plaza.All the passengers managed to get down from the bus but three suffered burn injuries.

Sirajdikhan Fire Service and Civil Defence in-charge Badal Rahman said a firefighting unit, later, brought the fire under control after around 20 minutes' efforts.
Executive Engineer Nahin Reza of Munshiganj Roads and Highways Department said they primarily assume the incident might have taken place due to a technical glitch.
