On Friday, February 2, in Brussels, Belgium, the Vietnamese Foreign Minister, Bui Thanh Son, handed over an invitation to Hasan Mahmud, the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

In the meeting, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina was invited by Prime Minister Fa Minh Chinh for an official visit to Vietnam. Bui Than Son handed over to Hasan Mahmud.

At the same time, to strengthen the 50-year friendly relationship between Bangladesh and Vietnam. Hasan Mahmud was also invited by the Foreign Minister of Vietnam to visit Vietnam soon.

In addition, on the same day, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, Jan Lipavsky, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Sweden, Tobias Billström, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Affairs and Foreign Trade of Belgium, Hadja Lahbibev, met with Dr. Hasan Mahmud.
