Bangladesh vs West Indies match resumes after rain.

Sports Correspondent: Mirpur Bangladesh-West Indies first ODI was stopped due to rain.Play has restarted after half an hour.

Bangladesh returned to international cricket after 313 days. The newly appointed captain Tamim won the toss and elected to field in the first ODI against the West Indies at the Sher-e-Bangla Cricket Stadium in Mirpur. West Indies lost 1 wicket for 9 runs after starting their batting. With a full-length delivery Cutter Master Mustafizur Rahman bagged the wicket of West Indies opener Sunil Ambris in just the second over of the innings.

This is Tamim's first match as ODI captain since he replaced captain Mashrafee. Hasan Mahmud has made his debut in this match. Tis match is also all- rounder Shakib's return to national team. He is back in national duty after serving a one-year ban from ICC for failing to report corrupt approaches.
