Bangladesh Reports 47 New Covid-19 Cases

Correspondent: In the last 24 hours, 47 more people have been diagnosed with Corona. With this, the total number of affected patients stands at 20 lakh 47 thousand 487. At the same time, no one died from the virus. As a result, the total death toll remains unchanged at 29,483.

This information was informed in a notification of the Department of Health on Friday (February 9).

According to the notification, 33 people have recovered from Corona in 24 hours. So far 20 lakh 14 thousand 682 people have recovered.

833 samples were tested in the last 24 hours. The detection rate against the test is 5.64 percent. The total detection rate since the beginning of the epidemic is 13.08 percent.

Incidentally, on March 8, 2020, the first 3 people in the country were diagnosed with coronavirus. 10 days later, on March 18 of that year, the first person died of this virus in the country. On August 5 and 10, 2021, maximum 264 people died due to Corona.
