Sun News Desk: Another person died at the Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery of Gulistan building tragedy. With the latest death, the death toll rose to 24.

Mirza Azam, 36, died while undergoing treatment at the institute today. The details of the victim could not be known immediately.
Resident Surgeon Dr SM Ayub Hossain Around said 80 per cent of the surface area of his body had been burnt in the blast.

The death toll may rise further since over 30 more critically-injured patients are taking treatment at different hospitals.
The explosion that occurred in a restaurant called Cafe Queen in the basement of the seven-storey building in Gulistan's Siddikbazar area on Tuesday afternoon (March 7) has so far claimed 23 lives and injured over 100 people.
